you define what love is so the Bible defines love okay right um but there's a way that we think about love we think about love as an emotion right a feeling that we have towards other people right but the Bible says a few things about love number one the Bible says God is love right um but when you think about the love that God is it is a doing love it's a it's an action love so love is not just an emotion it's the way that we express that emotion right so ex you can't really separate the emotion from the expression right and when you see the ex expression right then you have the emotion but the emotion is not visible without the expression if that makes any sense the emotion is not visible without without the expression expr right if you're not smiling how do I know you're happy right if you're not crying how do I know you're sad right if there's nothing on your face to show what you are feeling to indicate what you're feeling that are you really feeling anything yeah right and this is what the Bible says about love in First Corinthians I think is chapter 13 it says love is kind love is patient love um does not keep a record of wrongs love is Gentle Love uh wants the best for the other person love um does not exalt itself love does not bear for it gives a long list of all the things that love is but if you look at all of those things none of them are feelings none of the things that the Bible describes as love are feelings they are strictly things that you do their actions and their actions so love is an action right love is a a verb it's a doing word right but we concentrate a lot on the feelings right and we don't realize that um it's about the doing and even if you want to focus on the feelings right feelings are the product of thinking yeah so what I think about you determines how I feel about you which then determines how I treat you right okay so if we want to address love we have to start to address how do you think about other people right if we can talk about how you think about other people what you think about other people it will affect how you feel about other people yeah okay I guess I mean now that you broken out that way you've defined what love what love is yeah it's an action it's an action right it's feelings expressed in action and even if you don't have the feelings right if you show the actions right can we then say you are not you don't love okay so can

we talk about a little bit how this how this love topic even came about the conversation that you were having with your wife right right so my wife and I were having a conversation Wendy Wendy Wendy and I were having a conversation shout out to Wendy Wendy my wife your only wife my only wife if there's any other wife out there we don't you're not a wife exactly honestly you're not anything what you say I love that disclaimer like Qui Qui there's nothing else out there um but um so we're having a conversation I can't remember it was just randomly yeah and we were asking ourselves questions of okay do do we love each other right and first answer was yes we do then the second question was okay how do we know we love each other and to what you said we went you each other right went to First Corinthians 13 um and then we realized that okay if if I keep records of wrong which we

do especially in marriage hey right and not necessarily to obviously to like we're not doing sense right but just if you hurt me and it could be something small like yeah I don't know maybe you I asked you to help me with something and you said you were going to but you didn't and I like I feel like I'm not being seen like whatever right I remember that and I don't necessarily try my best to retaliate right but it's there mhm uh and sometimes it can manifest in maybe like I want want to use what resentment but I find now so in that conversation we're like okay going a little bit deeper like so what we say is Love Is it really love or is it just conditional and to add to that what do you mean by is it just like I I only act like I'm only kind to you if you are kind to me m MH yeah if you're not kind to me or if you don't treat me right then it's hard almost impossible for me to be kind back to you right okay that was and and you see the

problem with that it comes from what you're thinking what do you think about her you said you feel like you're not seen right you don't feel like you're not seen you think you're not seeing right right when you think about what the other person does if you assume a superior mindset a self-righteous mindset okay a faultless mindset a Flawless mindset you will take offense yeah right but if you realize and you think that you know what I have done this exact same thing and when I did it did I mean what I am thinking it means why do I my own time why is it Noble and hers not why is mine acceptable and hers not when you think about it you'll find out that your feelings will change your feeling is not going to change just because what you think about the incident determines how you feel about it right and if you think right you feel right you will do right right so the idea of keeping a record of wrongs yeah right implies that you have done no wrong you that you're keeping the record you have the capacity and the audacity to keep the the conil to keep a record simply because you yourself think that you are perfect can you say those last two words again concil tarity stupidity I want I know that one that was very okay I guess that brings us to the to the so wait no
(10:19)Boundaries vs. Keeping Score
I have a question to ask okay so to the point about forgetting um love keep no keeps no records of wrong how do you then differentiate when you have remembered what somebody has done to you and setting boundaries versus keeping the record of wrong okay so so the the the the the the scripture is record of wrongs not record right our brains our minds are designed for me with memory got you you will remember everything that happens to as much as possible whether it falls in the wrongs category or incident events category is up to you H right so if love does not keep a record of wrongs that love does not keep a record just say yes so again your wife says take out the trash while you're taking out the trash she says don't forget to do the dishes right you are irritated can we actually like say that she's actually saying those things politely too yeah well she's saying it right on top of each other and this this happened to me yeah and like okay kind this is what my wife does my wife will give you one chore before you're done with it she's added two more right you have capacity and I'm irritated like I finish this one I now like give me some right so I will say something like can I finish what I'm doing first but in my mind right I have decided that she's insensitive I've decided she's not um um she's she's just oblivious she's not seeing me do this she's just throwing yes multiple yes yeah so I categorize it
(12:10)The 'Box' of resentment
I put it in a box and then I release the emotion that goes with that box yeah tomorrow when she says oh please help me straighten this blouse and then while I'm straightening the blous say what Sho do you think I should wear I bring out that box now I've got two boxes mhm right box one is wrong box two is wrong by the time it happens the third time I'm going to I'm going to say something MH yeah right but if you look at all of these incidents what I am thinking about it is what is determining how I feel about it the record I am keeping right is a consequence of how I think about the incident if she said help me take out the trash Oh by the way please help me do the dishes right and I don't think is weird will I remember it no probably not maybe but it w be a negative memory yeah right so love human beings will keep a record it's our nature but whether it's a wrong or a a benign incident is about how we label that incident right and at the root of it again yeah how many times have I said to my wife to do five things at the same time right yeah in another different incident yes right but you know when I'm doing it I wasn't paying attention I didn't mean any harm right but when she's doing she knows she knows she has no regard or respect for what I'm doing that's why she feels the need to pile on more stuff that's what we think pretty much that's what we think so I then keep it as a wrong as a wrong and it enters into a record of wrongs waiting for the next time then I feel Justified to react to it right but again what are you thinking right for me I realized that it is hard to keep a record of what people do to me me when I realize my own wrongdoings when I stand in front of the mirror right and I see a flawed person it's hard for me it is hard I I sometimes I it's I I get over the hardness and I and I will you know put it in the wrong column yeah but it's not easy I I put myself through that process and and please don't get me wrong if you if you there's some things you do to me you automatically enter the wrong box and then I have to go around and dig into my own the resoures of my own mind and find times when I have done something equally egregious or painful to someone else have you never hurt anybody before right right have you never been disrespectful before have you never you know done all the things that we accuse other people of do other people of doing right if you've never ever ever yeah right done created a similar emotion in someone else yeah then yeah okay fine you can hold someone else you can you you know boundaries and
(14:58)Grace vs. Accountability
all of those things but imagine if people drew boundaries with you for all the things all the times you did you'd be locked up in this little space in the world right every human being is going to have some kind of boundary with you as a you know as the the person they trying to keep out of this space that's how I deal with it I I think also people choose how they want to show up for people and how they want to love people yes and so I think when I when I think of the passage love covers a multitude of sin I think in the relationships where my friends where my friend truly love me they choose to allow love to sh overshadow some of my wrongdoings or times where I may hurt their feelings they just look at it has she just hurt my feelings this time but she's not a person that hurts will continue to do this thing she will learn from the mistake and you know she won't do it again so so basically we're choosing to extend Grace to some people it's not that we don't have the capacity right it's that we choose who we will give it to and who will not give it to that's the conditional Point yes we choose to hold people accountable right and we choose to let it slide with other people right and and and that's the Bible says be perfect as your father in Heaven is perfect yeah he causes the rain to fall and the sun to shine on the believer and the unbeliever alike so there should be no discrimination right and then okay and because to that point I'm like we should love everybody right yeah but for God to love the world we don't but we don't that's why we're trying to get it that's why we trying to tabl right see this is my problem right and and then I say we don't me I don't well yeah same yeah that's what my wife especially some of these people at my job I'm okay with you I'm I'm okay with you I'm okay with you recognizing and saying that you don't right frustration comes when you say you can't we can choose yeah not to right and if human beings are able to admit that you know what I can love you but I just will not I don't then okay but we act like it's not possible yeah how can I love everybody so let's try like different categories let's put those in the Box those people let's do a box where those people that want toh they should they don't but they want to that's one box and there's the box of people that they should they don't and they say they can't let's let's ignore that box for now yeah for the purposes of those in the in the in the former box of okay why I I want to MH I'm not doing this I don't want to shame myself for it I want to actually love my spouse I don't want to keep records of wrongs how can I practically do not do that yeah do an audit of yourself not your spouse okay self-reflection yeah do an audit of yourself and stand up and say to your spouse or to the world I am perfect this thing that I'm accusing my spouse of or my friend of or my boss or my sister or my cousin or my colleague of I have never done it to any other human being right I have never betrayed somebody yes when I betrayed it wasn't infidelity but it was another kind of betrayal yeah right well it's not the same go and ask the person you hurt oo right let's measure pain let's put a a scale to it right it's so subjective right it is what would be a two for you yeah would be a 25 for me yeah I tell my wife all the time that I don't know how she managed to have two children without the Cs her pain tolerance is so low it just pinch just a pinch the kind of pinch that do register on the skrein she starts screaming me her the same I can't CS by the way is cerian SE yes pain tolerance to the floor nonexistence she she can't so and I'm like how did you manage to have two kids without epidurals without cerian section no no epidural none no I like how I use epidural I said I I I said my guy I take I take two epid so SI whole child wild so I said to her that I'm start to think that maybe these children are not yours I don't know how you could have taken that kind of pain or maybe we're being scammed maybe it's not that painful yeah yeah maybe they've been playing us like everyone just Shout at the same no no no see I think here's what it is right if we're just going to divy all for a second women get caught off guard like sometimes the birthing process happens so quickly only happen quickly the labor was the whole day first once she was in labor the whole day 26 hours that's crazy and they had to induce so they gave her that um that yes that's she says it does you in the back of your head I said okay but just a small how anyway yeah we the point I'm trying to make is that pain is subjective okay right so if you say to me well all I did was give you a little tap it's nothing compared to the punch you gave me right let's ask the person you give the T to yeah and let them say oh it was nothing you have decided your crimes are nothing but my crimes will know I have to hang for it if you actually do a sincere audit you will find out that your self-righteous indictment of others will reduce it will not go away completely but you won't be as critical you won't be as quick to be critical right and and that is a thing that is lacking in the church right we we grade sin and our own always has the lowest grade our sins our transgressions our offenses are always the smallest things you know why we always know our motives we always know it was an accident we always know we didn't mean it we always know that you're overreacting we always know that you're being too sensitive what did I say it's not a big deal like that right but everyone else is own ah no no no no no you have to draw BR this you have to draw around you have you have to make a line they can't do this I'm curious how do you discern between love and like so for instance even though I made a joke about my job I do genuinely love the people there but they piss me off right and so how do I now like really understand if my love is truly love or if it love is what you do like is do you have an affinity for this person do you enjoy the person's company H right God does not command us to like everybody no right liking everybody is not a reflection of God right the Bible says that how can you say you do not love your brother mhm how can you say you love God when you don't love your brother yeah God you don't see your brother you see what verse is that it's in first John okay but you cannot say I love God I don't like my brother I don't have to like everybody I don't like guacamole I don't like avocado I just want to say you're missing out but you know I don't think so but that's fine I don't like it you like avocado I don't not like it but that's not going to be the first right ganache I pick up if if if avocado if you've got a bowl of avocado here I don't want to sit here right seriously if you've got a bowl of guacamole here in this room I don't want to be in this room it does look a little funny but will I treat the guacamole badly I won't no yeah right the fact that I'm not going to sit down and kick it with you you doesn't mean that I'll be impatient with you doesn't mean I won't be kind to you doesn't mean I will hold your sins against you right we we get it confused right it's like church and I say this all the time people have this expectation that everybody in church is going to like everybody in church and if you don't like me there's something wrong with your Christianity yeah some people are loud they talk with a loud voice my ears are sensitive I like quiet right some people always like it's like my wife not my wife she's my wife Pastor Larry Pastor Larry's office is always dim it is the lights are always dim I'm like bro this is not a disco this is a church office we are not children of Darkness we're children of light crazy I love all the lights to be on all not some all the lights on if you come into my office any time of day it's like daylight all the florents are on I like that if you've got a problem with that you can't hang with me right you don't have to hang with me it doesn't mean you don't love me it doesn't mean you are unkind to me do it's just I like light you like Darkness I like light you like Darkness right I'm a Child of Light to a child of darkness and just to like pick it back of what you're saying P because we did promise the audience that you know we're going to Shake tables okay all right so let's let's go ahead and shake them I didn't promise anybody anything oh sorry you didn't prom we just said we said that might be some tables shaking or at Le some table cloths changing changing so um and I get that right I think I'm tracking where you're saying love is an action where I now get a little more confused is and this is actually very common I get confused a lot is in that first Corinthians 13 right the you can give your body to be burnt you can sell you all you have and give the poor you know without love it peret you nothing right so there are actions that could be seen as love but could not be love right which makes again makes the conversation a little bit more tricky okay yeah so if if you if you look at those verses right the motivation of the of being patient is not questioned right it doesn't say if you are patient and you do not have love right it profits you nothing yeah it talks about very specific things right and it talks about things that people do almost like sacrifices yes okay people giving their bodies to be burned right to for some worship or something people selling everything they have um to feed the poor right remember that the Bible says in first John that God is love so what Paul was talking about right when he says if you give your body to be burned and you do not have love it profits you nothing he wasn't talking about the love that followed he was talking about the love that is God right if you give your body to be burned and you don't have God it profits you nothing if you're doing all these acts of Charity and you're giving away these millions and billions of dollars to feed orphans in Asia or Africa or wherever or Europe or wherever the orphans may be these days if you don't have God it profits you nothing right if you are doing things out of a sense of public approval not God's approval it profits you nothing right so there are two distinctions that's thing with scripture right you have to look at the different levels in which it is speaking if it doesn't make sense on one level right if there's an inconsistency on one level then go to the next level right so on the level of Love is an action giving your body to be burned is an action right so where why is there contradiction it's two different kinds of love right this is a love that is for sure right A Love That is is um how I how I describe it it's an action that is devoid of God right and and we live in a world where people do really nice things yeah and Christians get conf yes and Christians get get confused sometimes right and we allow the world to define the parameters of what is good and what is bad right you can be moral and your morality can profit you nothing o sir right say that again you can be moral morally upright and your moral uprightness can profit you nothing meaning please can we just expand on that yes you can give money to the poor money to the poor you can buy house um you can do homeless shelter yep what are all these rich people always doing you can fund um uh vaccines you can do anything anything that the world CA good you can even never steal a penny in your life never cheat once on your spouse you can do all these great things yeah and when we get to we stand in front of our judge yeah right it will profit you nothing because he will say I never knew you I am the love I am God is love there there you go so at at the root of of the love that God recognizes is the love that emanates out of us as a consequence of our relationship with God right good so in the absence of that relationship right which is what the world sees it's it's it's it's you are incapable right so you've got somebody who is giving money to feed um orphans but at the same time is producing chemicals that kill those orphans right you've got somebody that is giving money to to to to to send grain to um countries that are hungry but meanwhile they're producing the chemicals that are poisoning the grain right so one government right you know people talk about um America is one of those countries that does a lot of Charity yeah a lot of Charity and I still struggle with the you know with the absence of that charitable face of the country but on the other hand also right America has done some interesting things all over the world yeah right AKA wicked things I'm not going to put a label on it I'm American citizen we've done some very weird things we've done weird things right America has done weird things right and and that's why again we have to be very careful I still love my country but call spade a spade absolutely but morality is extremely problematic as the world defines morality when God killed all the amalekites the world would tell you that's a moral right when God said to the Israelites kill this person kill that person we the world thinks it's immoral can I tell you why this is so okay so on Amazon is this gonna be a different episode no on Amazon uh the show came out um House of David right right right I've been watching that and um I was watching there is some controversy around some of the um uh scenes or whatever but like that's why we need to read our Bible please don't just solely depend on a show for your biblical L literacy and so um when Samuel came in I sorry guys spoiler alert yeah Samuel came in I killed aaga yeah and pretty much said that the Lord told you that you need to kill everyone why am I smelling and you kept the spoils and I used to think about how like God is telling like a people to kill another people group is that not Wicked yeah that's how the world how used to think that you know what that do you know what the world calls that the world call that genocide yeah that's what the world calls that but God is good so the way that in which we defined goodness you see the problem right so again who defines goodness who defines goodness who defines moral Purity or moral uprightness right as far as the world is concerned for example now today yeah we look at the kings that had the people that had multiple wives we look at them with side eye how could you have had multiple wives That's so bad what did God say how many people did God chastise for having multiple for having multiple wives sir you are setting us free on this podcast today gez yeah and and and I guess like just just I'm excited too about this side of the topic but just to stay on because there so many people that have this there the long conversation the point I'm trying to make is that love Yeah is not defined by the world it is defined by God by God right because God is love and we don't Define God God defines us right love has been created has been framed in a certain way in our minds right and so we question why would somebody give their bodies to be burned and that is not acceptable why would somebody sell all they have and that is not acceptable right because we have accepted a framing that is different from the way God framed it yeah and God's framing is that if you do not have me God love then anything you do irrespective of framing profits you nothing so would you make a blink statement to say that those who don't know God AKA those who don't know Christ do not have love in them they don't they may have they may have good as the world defines good in them they may do good as the world defines good in them right but doesn't matter what the world thinks you're going to stand in front of your creator yeah and only what he thinks is going to count ultimately so yeah we can give you flowers but flowers is a going to do squat for you when you stand in front of the great white Throne right and they're like yeah so you lived this life and everything you did was a waste why you did not know me depart from me you workers of iniquity remember they said we did this in your name we did that in your name I said hey I never knew you talk about the ones who didn't do it in his name you know they did it for the tax right off I have another question sorry go ahead no well I was chying because since like I used my wife and my lovely wife Wendy Wendy uh and my only wife Wendy uh Wendy uh the wife of his burnt you could feed the poor heal the sick but if you don't have Christ you have nothing right so that ties back again to we talked about love being in action and then the patience thing right cuz what her and I were going back and forth with was like okay so you're telling me that I can be patient which is good like I can be kind right which is useful to pf's point but if I don't have Christ then that's just yeah right and that and that's kind of where we we kept going to yeah we realize that even if I say love is an action well it is in in in its expression yeah but if you don't have Christ there's no value there so it car car carries us back to what really is love Yeah is it the simple love is Christ but again it's an action that comes out of our relationship with Christ right it's a fruit of the spirit right it's something that emanates out of our interaction with God right but that's another side of it right I think the church needs to move away from permitting this framing of good separate from God right anything that separate from God that is the void of God cannot be good right because again the devil's evil is not always what we think of as evil it is what is opposite to Christ to the point is the devil gives people riches yeah that doesn't make him goodh because people will say that if you have and he gives riches to people and people use those riches to do whatever they will with those riches whether it's give to the poor or whatever that doesn't mean that the devil is good exactly the Bible talks about the healing Riches of Darkness right Treasures of secret places the heing of Darkness we we there's so much that I think the world world gets wrong and the church has either been bullied or arquest in framing things in a way that is contrary to scripture right anything that does not emanate from God that does not emanate from our relationship with God that does not emanate from the glorification of God it's extremely problematic we think the devil does evil in the quintessential term of evil right but there's some things that you watch on TV very nice very harmless makes you feel kind of good or pulls you away from the path that God has chosen for you yeah when when when Peter said to Jesus um when Jesus said in a few days I will die and da Peter said no no no no no Jus said get the behind me Satan what Peter expressed was a beautiful love for his genuine consideration right you know that's Lo y yeah we we we celebrate those virtues but out of context those virtues become problems right but we once it looks a certain way it's good so we we're now we're in trouble now right we're in trouble now because we're seeing things that are we know that this is problematic but then the people in the world are like but what's wrong with this how does this hurt anybody it's not about hurting anybody it's about it's contrary to the word of God and I guess on that note PF So when you say like I want to also dive a little deeper still in the the radius of love right contrary to the word of God so how do we know that we are emanating in God's word because the world also uses scripture right like like how the devil use scripture to tempt Jesus the word canot the world can also use scripture and say things like I don't know maybe I have I don't have a good one I don't want to say oh no your father your mother but like I love your uh love your neighbor as yourselfself or your wife or the whole wife husband thing where it's like there's a scripture that is wife sub onto your husbands right so they they can use that but to your point again they're they are flexing this is the word I'm I'm it's on the word but they are interpretation that teach manmade idea the Bible says that the letter kth what the spirit gives life right the what kth the letter the letter kth but the spirit gives life and that's again another level of it on one level it is speaking about the law and the spirit yeah the law and Grace right but on one level it talks about it's talking about how just the the logos the written word the void of the spirit of God yeah right let me tell you guys something right if you if you look at the interaction between Satan and Christ that temptation the devil did not tell any lies as we Define lies he said jump and he will give his angels charge over you was quoting scripture yes sir right but Jesus Christ also understood scripture he said You shall not it is also written you shall not temp the Lord your God because the spirit's behind it right one of our challenges is we don't know the Bible so people can take it out of context and do anything with it I believe right that if you understand if you if you study to show yourself approved a Workman who need not be ashamed rightly dividing the word of Truth yeah that if anybody quotes scripture to you right and the scripture is is contrary to the spirit of God right the spirit of the word you will know you will know the same way that Jesus just knew mhm this is correct but doesn't sound right right there's just something that's iffy when I hear prophets talking on the internet I'm like this doesn't this doesn't even sound right like I did want to ask though how do we how do we know that we're actually walking with love like we're walking in love and with love look at the Scriptures it says th word is a lamp onto my feet and a light onto my path right the word of God is a living guide right that is relevant beautiful in all situations right if you make it a point of Duty to be guided by the word right just to the extent that you know the word yeah you don't know all of it but to the extent that you know it you make it a point to be guided by it right I promise you the holy spirit will bring more to you and it will expand the base of your knowledge the Bible says if you are faithful with a little right they will trust you with much if you are not faithful with two the two verses you know you know two verses in scripture and every time an opportunity comes to apply those two verses you don't you're not going to learn more you're not going to apply more apply the two that you know let's start from there right let's start from there if the only verse you know in scripture is um for God so love the world for God so love the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever then right accept him right start from there right or the only scripture you know is Our Father who are in heaven give us this day our daily bread right start from trusting God for your daily bread right when you start from what you know they will build on what you know right but when you know and you don't do anything with it your knowledge does not grow why are we giving you more Revelation the Revelation we've given you what have you done with it you've got G around beating people on the head with it you don't live by it you don't even try you just store it in your back pocket as as a weapon to use to show people that you know scripture that you're better than them right the holy spirit is not interested in your knowledge base to boost your your your ego right his word is a lamp onto my feet and a light and and I I appreciate how you put it phrase the PF that's my wife and I were talking that was the struggle is you know you have the word if your heart is not really interested in Christ if it's interested in using the word as a prophet yeah yeah then even that meditation is still turning you yeah yeah and that's why we were like man this is this is not not ch serious bus it is they are night you have this is not like no it's not it's not a joke it's like people who say they want to hear the voice of God right the only one who hear the voice of God on the big things on the big things on the small things on the small things which is where many times it will start when God called Samuel he he he wasn't say Samuel go and anoint David that was not the first interaction it was just Samuel Samuel it's not like the Lord had some big Revelation always share with him at that point it was just just recognize my voice first Sam or so you say so the Lord you know the Holy Spirit say something like you know what just shut the door of the refrigerator before you go to bed and you're like why my wife will come and do it and you walk away and then tomorrow Lord speak to me should I take job a or job B why why you're not you're going to do exactly what you want to do it starts with the little things your faithfulness in little things will determine you're and you're being entrusted with big things right we no we think the small things don't matter the Small Things is where it starts I actually have an example of this yes so when in 2013 um my mom had just left to Nigeria I think it was like November 20 20th my friend's birthday is on the 21st that is when I got a car so on the 21st um the card that I had was like the um transmission was like slipping so anytime I change the gear the car would fumble and I'm like God what am I going to do like I'm in college whatever so I remember driving I had the thought before that I should just drive to a Toyota and just ask them what my options are I didn't have papers I didn't have no money I was broke right when I say broke broke like the church CS would have felt sorry for you like you had a handicap n so I didn't say I was handicapped I just handicapped crazy to right so anyways the Lord was like so on another so I initially did that the first time he said go to this and see what your options are and I did it I went to the dealership I saw my options I was like this is it doesn't make sense so now that you're saying this I'm like maybe he was testing me to see if I would trust him no so my mom went to Nigeria and I was heading to the bank to do something for her to deposit money and I saw another Toyota dealership and the Lord said turn turn into this turn into this dealership and ask and go and ask the same questions and I literally responded back to the Lord and I was like I don't know why you're actually telling me to turn I don't have no money right I don't have no money and he said just do it anyway so I went in I open you know parked the car mind you at the time my car the uh left the driver side um mirror was broken the thing that covers the wheel that was off so it just looked like somebody broke into the car and access the car there's so many things that were faulty about the car so I walk in long story short I walk out with a new car there you go I didn't give them any paperwork there you go um they took my old car for 2K to put down has a down payment I ended up paying off that car when I look back I'm like this is I don't know anyone in the history of going to a dealership that walks out of a dealership with a new car and no paperwork to verify anything me but that's fine like she was like bro I no I I know exactly what you I'm a college student at the time my credit was like 666 wait wait wait wait please stop those numbers please I'm coming I'm a Child of God I have God in Me I and so it just didn't make sense to me how they would let me leave their lot with their car right but they trusted they trusted me to bring back the paperwork that I said I would have even down to getting the car on my mom's insurance which wasn't my insurance yeah how are you able how was I able to get the car on her insurance God knew all of that but imagine if you had said you know n this doesn't make any sense yeah and that's the thing with even with love right if you cannot little things where little things just be kind yeah I I I I this is how I felt the Lord taught me this thing he said when you are in church and church people test you like test you test you you find a way to be patient yeah when you get home you're not patient and you say that you can't help it no no no you chose not to help it and you chose to help it when we go to work and people test us say stupid things misuse us do crap to us we find within us the strength right to deal with them in a way that is not contrary to the company policies but when it comes to outside areas where we have this major immediate compulsion right we say that we can't help it you say I can't no you can you have just chosen in this area to exercise something and in this area you have chosen not to and it's the same thing with love right we choose right and again at the base of our choice is the calculation in our head right we can be patient but we decide you know what if I'm patient this person will think I'm stupid we we do a math sometimes it's very quick sometimes it takes a minute I'm laughing because I do it oh God help me oh yeah when we came in here now you said look at what you were saying you just your head just one quick math ready but you yeah but at the end of the day you just really that math was just devoid of God that's why we walk in the safety of council yes AB be the safety in counil M of council plus you know you talked about that on Wednesday sweet that's three you talked about that on Wednesday too yeah yeah so to to to to recap mpf correct me correct me if I'm wrong right yeah so we have love is action M expressed through God's word The Living Word is that love is God expressed through us love is God expressed through us one two love and like are not the same thing no they're not right for those who have ears let them hear yeah right three it is the um you can do you can perform an action yeah but still not have love because you don't have God right Christ okay yeah then what was the last thing we said again you're asking me know my memory but you keep a record of keep record you see can you see the problem here keep not good why is this I not go do is going to work through you is to manifest God through you right you become the only God people see and it's not hard you do it every day every day you do it you just choose when not to do it because you've done this stupid calculation in your head that this person is not a worthy recipient of it just think about that for example you for for a minute you're seeing that this person is not worthy of an interaction with the god in you like you are worthy right like you are better than they are like everything God has done for you done with you done in you somehow you deserved it somehow you earned it right that is the epitome of being self-righteous right if you can't let God be seen through you it is simply because you are being self-righteous l s you're better than everybody that's a big
